Our Promise At HomeWise, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be unused and undamaged with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. For items found to be defective, you are covered by our lifetime manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
30 Days No Reason Returns
- Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Partial refund available (item price minus shipping fees)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days to original payment method
Warranty Process To initiate a return or exchange:

Order Cancellations Before Shipment:
- Cancel within 24 hours for full refund

- Refund processed within 3-5 business days
After Shipment:
- Full refund minus shipping fee
- Order must be rejected at delivery
